Yes. Searching, browsing and requesting a part are all free. You only pay if you decide to buy the part we find.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Usually within 24 hours. We WhatsApp you a price and photos once we've sourced it from a scrapyard.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Selling or requesting a part is just a short form: there's no login, and each listing gets a private manage-link instead of a password.
Can I sell a used part myself for free?
Yes. Listing is free and buyers WhatsApp you directly. We don't take a cut on private listings.
Which areas do you cover?
Nationwide. We source from scrapyards across South Africa, not just one city.
Is there a warranty on the part I buy?
Most yards offer an exchange warranty, and we confirm the exact terms with the seller before you pay.
Can I return a part?
For parts we source and broker for you, tell us straight away if it doesn't match what was agreed, and we'll sort it out directly with the yard first. For parts bought straight from a private listing, that's between you and the seller, same as any classifieds sale, so inspect before you pay.
What if something goes wrong with a request you sourced?
Message us and we'll try to resolve it directly and quickly, using our relationship with the yard. If that doesn't work, either side can still take it to Small Claims Court or the ordinary courts; we don't force a private process instead of that right.
